Study Of (NF-Κb) Gene Expression As A Biomarker For Development Of Cardiovascular Disease In Type 2 Diabetes

The purpose of this research is to see if there a link between diabetes type 2 complications and the level nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) overexpression.
 Ninety blood samples were collected from individuals divided into three groups, each group involved thirty samples: first representing with (hypertensive ) ,the second diabeteswith cardiovascular diseases), last was represented by control group.
 mRNA extracted then converted cDNA using (qPCR) technique. outcomes revealed significant increase (p<0.05) in expression mRNANF-κB both groups compared over- hypertensive diseases more than diabetes. NF-κB gene studied disease current study, it could be novel target for early CVD therapy future.
